Clubs / teams / individuals registered or affiliated with Cyprus Cricket Federation can apply for sponsorship towards any softball cricket events they wish to organize in the Republic of Cyprus.
Cyprus Cricket Federation will consider no more than 10 sponsorship requests in a year and successful applicants will receive trophies / prizes prior the event.
It will be the applicant’s responsibility to collect trophies / prizes at own cost. Cyprus Cricket Federation does not offer any monetary sponsorship and will not replace trophies / prizes sponsorship with cash sponsorship.
Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms & conditions carefully before submitting the sponsorship request;
Sponsorship requests to be sent minimum 2 weeks prior the event.
Cyprus Cricket Federation reserves the right to approve / reject any request
Once the event is over, it is the organizer’s responsibility to share score sheets with the Cyprus Cricket Federation within 24 hours of the event.
Organizer to provide event photos after the completion as evidence.
Organizer will make every effort to promote Cyprus Cricket Federation through social media handles and/or through presence of banner at the event.
Cyprus Cricket Federation will have the right to carry out promotional activities at the event.
Cyprus Cricket Federation board members or representative to be extended an invitation for the event.
Organizer will not make changes to Cyprus Cricket Federation’s logo without permission.
Organizer will not enter into any work that may result in increased cost to Cyprus Cricket Federation without prior permission.
The organizer shall not be authorized to legally represent or make binding declarations on behalf of Cyprus Cricket Federation.
The organizer shall be responsible for complying with all labour law, insurance, taxation and similar obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, Cyprus Cricket Federation shall bear no responsibility whatsoever in this respect.
